usdcee.com (the "Service") is operated by MMOD, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

What the Service does

The Service is a checkout page that embeds Stripe's fiat-to-crypto onramp. When you buy USDC on the Base network through the Service, Stripe, Inc. (via its affiliate Stripe Crypto) is the seller and merchant of record. Stripe performs identity verification, charges your payment method, and delivers USDC to the wallet address you provide. Stripe's own terms apply to that purchase and are shown inside the payment panel.

We do not custody funds or crypto, do not set the exchange rate or fees, and cannot reverse, refund or redirect a delivery. Blockchain transfers are final.

Your responsibilities

• Check the destination wallet address. USDC sent to a wrong or unsupported address is lost.
• You must be a United States resident (Hawaii is not supported) and eligible under Stripe's requirements and sanctions rules.
• You may only buy for yourself, with your own payment method, and not on behalf of a third party.

Developers and deep links

Third parties may link to the Service with a prefilled wallet address, amount and return URL. We sign the return parameters and publish a verification key at /.well-known/onramp-keys.json. Linking does not make the linking party our agent, and we do not share customer identity data with them.

Privacy

We store the session ID, status, amount, destination wallet, transaction hash and any developer reference for 30 days to render receipts and the public status endpoint. Identity documents, card details and personal data entered in the Stripe panel go directly to Stripe under Stripe's privacy policy; we never receive them. We use no advertising trackers. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses to deliver it.

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law MMOD, Inc. disclaims all warranties and is not liable for losses from price changes, network delays, wrong addresses, or Stripe's decisions. These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware. We may change them by posting a new version here.
